A moon/June love poem

Just Another Love Poem

As this day begins anew,

I cast my eyes upon you.

And know the promises untold

Of a day to yet unfold.

The storm that passed last night

Has unleashed all its might.

It washed away our sorrow,

Leaving promise of new morrow.

Having ridden out that storm,

We’ll ne’er fear new morn.

For as sun shall follow storm,

Each day begins with morn.

Our love shall never die

Our love shall never die
